It's modestly gratifying to see some - though not enough, all things considered - anger erupting at GOP town meetings, where people are increasingly calling out their so-called representatives on Medicare and free rides for the rich. See people challenge Paul Ryan, Florida's Daniel Webster, New York's Charlie Gibson, and the smug, glib bull of Florida's right-wing Allen West, who only took pre-screened questions read by a staffer and then had former Air America host Nicole Sanders arrested for asking others. Welcome to democracy in action.

"I gotta tell you something: If you support Medicare the way it is now, you can kiss the United States of America goodbye," said West.
