Manning Case: Leading By Example, Or Not
British officials have for a second time cited their concern about the conditions facing Bradley Manning, whose mother is Welsh, charging that his harsh treatment undermines the "moral authority" of the U.S. and U.K. abroad - a charge tough to argue with. Declaring Manning "British by descent," they say his detention is becoming a "strongly-felt issue" in Wales.
