A jury has convicted climate activist Tim DeChristopher - aka Bidder No. 70 - of two felonies for placing bogus bids at a 2008 oil and gas lease auction of thousands of acres of Utah public land, thus disrupting a Bush farewell handout to the oil and gas industry.
