North Dakota: A Small Price to Pay To Balance Budget

As a hapless GOP wrestles with the need to cut the budget, it's entertaining in a grim sort of way to watch them simultaneously a. backtrack on their empty pledge to cut $100 billion, b. insist that a bloated defense budget is sacrosanct and c. try to cut small-ticket items (eg: NPR) because they don't like them. But good news: After much hard work, The Full Ginsburg has helped Eric Cantor eliminate the deficit. Alas, he had to cut all foreign aid, sell the Capitol Building and give away North Dakota to do it. But still.
