King: Babies In Garbage Cans Make Health Care Reform Unconstitutional

Iowa's Rep. Steve King – dubbed Congress' most racist member, which is going some – argued before the House Rules Committee that the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional because there are people who never use health care, including those who put babies in trash cans. Don't ask.

After Rep. Jared Polis (D-CO) challenged King to name a baby not born in a hospital and therefore who did not require health care: "I hate to tell you but they show up in garbage cans around this country, sir...There've
always been babies that were born, lived, and died within the
jurisdictions of the individual states, who never cross a state line, access
no health care, and therefore do not impact interstate commerce."
