What Next: Having been ravaged by earthquake, cholera and political
chaos, the suffering people of Haiti have now had to endure an obscenely
opportunistic 48-hour visit by
Sarah Palin and her perfectly coiffed hair. She went with an
evangelical group that's been criticized by aid groups for offering
cholera victims not much more than Bible readings. In Haiti, Palin was
said to ask a lot of questions
that began with "why," as in, "Why doesn't Haiti have proper
sanitation?" We have one: "Why don't you go away and take your inane ignorance with you and leave these poor
people in peace?"
