Less Than Flush

Angry House Democrats have agreed to block a vote
on Obama's so-called tax deal wherein
he essentially gave away the farm by extending Bush-era tax cuts
without even a whimper of a fight. Those of us perplexed (read:
appalled) by this guy's spinelessness need look no further for
understanding than the poker table. Obama has said he was "pretty good"
at a game that requires an intricate mix of strength, smarts and bluff.
His poker buddies say he was a wuss.

"He wasn't a bluffer. When Barack was betting, you could pretty much know that he had a hand...If he was chasing (a card) he'd
give her about two shots and then fold."
