Missing the Civil War, When Blacks, Jews and Sick People Knew Their Place

We think Texas should secede already. GOP Rep. and nutcase Leo
Berman has introduced both a birther bill and a bill making it a felony
to enforce the new Affordable Care Act, both of which proposals are
wildly unconstitutional, like anyone in Texas cares. Then there's GOPer John Cook, who wants to oust
Texas House Speaker (and Jew) Joe Straus because "we want a true
Christian, conservative" because "they're the people that do the best
jobs." But Jews are "some of my best friends" and how could anyone say
he's a bigot?

"My
favorite person that's ever been on this earth is a Jew. How
can they possibly think that if Jesus Christ is a Jew, and he's my
favorite person that's ever been on this earth?"
