Words To Live By: Dick Cheney and Arrest Warrant In the Same Sentence
It's hard not to swoon a bit over the news that Nigeria will file bribery charges against Dick Cheney, and an arrest warrant "will be issued and transmitted through Interpol." He may never serve a day, it's overdue, it's not the U.S., it's like getting Al Capone for tax evasion etc, but damn it feels good.

Announcing plans for a new, $150-million, state-subsidized creationist theme park dubbed "Ark Encounter," Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear dismissed questions about the legality of tax breaks, arguing he was elected to create jobs not "debate religion." The park is a project of Answers in Genesis, who run a Creation Museum. "The Constitution doesn't prevent you from putting up a water park. It does prevent you from putting up Noah's water park." - Americans United for the Separation of Church and State.
