Rachel Corrie Trial: Semi-Transparent



The driver of the bulldozer that killed Rachel Corrie in Rafah, Gaza in 2003 will testify
behind a screen, but the unit commander on the ground will appear in
plain view on Thursday in the civil lawsuit brought by Rachel's family in
her death. Appealing an earlier ruling, her parents had asked they be
able to view both soldiers.
