Disappointing Yet Again

The Department of Justice asked a California federal judge Thursday to continue enforcing the military ban on openly gay troops, thus defending a policy Obama has said he wants repealed.

In
response to a proposed injunction, the administration "had a choice to
take several different routes from the moderate and reasonable to the
extremely
ridiculous. It appears that they decided to go with the latter end of
the spectrum." -
