Thugs 'R Us

A great sales opportunity! Blackwater, which changed its name to Xe
hoping we'd forget all the terrible stuff it did, is looking for a new owner. It could be a
bargain, given some iffy history that might give a buyer pause - their
2007 shooting in Baghdad that killed 17 civilians, attempted bribes to
silence criticism over the murders, indictment of five executives for
violating federal firearm laws, and the fact that most everyone
considers them the mercenary scum of the earth. Still, BP might be
looking to diversify its holdings right about now. More here
on the company that's "training today to meet the challenges of
tomorrow," which if it's true, God help us all.

"Xe's new management team has made significant changes and
improvements to the company over the last 15 months, which have enabled
the company to better serve the U.S. government and other customers, and
will deliver additional value to a purchaser." - Xe owner Erik Prince.
