We Don't Know If We Should Laugh or Cry Dept: Politico takes a look
at the discontinued GOP Young Eagles program, which aimed at
attracting wealthy donors with "progressively forward-looking" events like outings to
rodeos, paramilitary training compounds, steeplechase races and $20,000
suites at NFL games, not to mention lesbian-bondage strip clubs. They
evidently spent more money than they made, but loser dweebs who felt culturally isolated – the other side got Springsteen and Kanya West – loved it.
