The logic of this appalling story escapes us. A young Marine, Lance Corporal Matthew Snyder of
Finksburg, Md., is killed in Iraq. Snyder's bereaved father sues the creeps. Now a court has ruled that he must pay $16,510 for the creeps' appeal. Come again? The only good to come of this: the Supreme Court has agreed to consider if the creeps are protected by the First Amendment. Go here to help with Snyder's legal costs, which he is struggling to pay.
