With the health care debate winding down to its oh-so-sorry end, pollster Nate Silver ran its numbers through one of those high-tech "word-cloud" wonders to see how it all translates. Surprise! People who want health reform focus on "people," "need," "insurance" and "everyone." Those who oppose it focus on "government," "cost," "people" and "pay," which, because there are so many of them, we now will, lots.   

This is the world we live in. This is the world we cover.
