After international pressure that may or may not have played a role,
Uganda has sort of softened proposed anti-gay laws that called for
putting to death homosexuals
who committed "aggravated homosexuality" or were "serial offenders."
Those miscreants will probably now face life in prison - with,
presumably, the same gender inmates with which they committed their
"aggravated homosexuality."
