Immigrant rights activists stymied an anti-immigration rally
in Minneapolis this weekend, but they were nothing compared to the
performance of one "Robert Erickson," who got tea-partiers cheering for
the eviction of
European-descended immigrants to America. Citing the problems caused by
that "huge immigrant population," he left the stage leading the crowd
in a loud chant of "Columbus go home!"
"Let's send these European immigrants back where they came from," he
said to wild cheers. "They stole this land through genocide and ethnic cleansing."
