Almost Laughable Hate, But Not Quite

by

Lacking anything constructive to do with their (taxpayer-funded) time, four GOP House members have accused
a prominent Islamic
advocacy group, the
Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), of planting
"spies," disguised as interns, on Capitol Hill. As proof of conspiracy, the four cite the upcoming
book "Muslim
Mafia" by anti-Islam wingnut Dave Gaubatz, who is seeking money to
"shut this terror-supporting organization" and
"protect your children and America."

Like
many of us, CAIR spokesman Ibrahim
Hooper didn't know if he should laugh or cry. He went with the latter:
"We would love to help people find jobs on Capitol Hill."
