Thursday's dedication of the University of Wyoming's newly named Cheney International Center is expected to draw protesters
who say Cheney's support of torture and an illegal war make him a poor
choice for the honor, his $3.2 million donation notwithstanding. Laramie
peace activist Nancy Sindelar said the University will just have to
change the name "after he's indicted."

"Mr. Cheney is not the best example of demonstrating how
nations should get along with each other," she said. "Putting his name on an international center is
counterintuitive."
