Mein Kampf, Revisited
In a controversial and unprecedented move, Germany's Central Council of Jews is backing a proposal to republish Adolf Hitler's
anti-Semitic tract, Mein Kampf,
which has been outlawed in the country since the end of the Second
World War. While many German Jews oppose the move, others say it would
help educate future generations about the evils of Nazism.
From an editorial: "Poisonous ideas need to be confronted, not silenced."
