Looking For Leadership

In G8 protests on both sides of the Atlantic, Greenpeace activists
occupied four coal-fired power plants in Italy and climbed South
Dakota's Mount Rushmore to unfurl a huge banner along Lincoln's face
that read, "America Honors Leaders, Not Politicians. Stop Global
Warming." The American climbers were arrested; last night, the
protesters in Italy were still there.
On
Twitter: "Goodnight from the top of Italy's worst coal power plant,
Brindisi, occupied for 20 hours so far."
