Every Iranian Is Valuable

In an unexpected concession, Iran's Guardian Council said
Thursday it would invite Mousavi and the two other presidential candidates to a meeting "to express their ideas and ask any questions." Massive protests continued even as President Ahmadinejad, who has compared protesters to angry soccer fans and "dust," issued a conciliatory statement.

"I only addressed those who made riot, set fires and attacked
people. Every single Iranian is valuable. The
government is at everyone's service. We like everyone.''
