It's Good to Know Somebody's Getting Free Health Care

Civilian contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan have been getting over $1 million a month in illegal free health care from military clinics and field hospitals, according to a new audit by the Defense Department inspector general. In Baghdad, contractors made up over a third of outpatient visits, burdening staff there to serve the wounded.
