So not only did Bank of America president Ken Lewis refuse to tell New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo where exactly that tricky matter of $3.6 billion in bonuses went. He flew in on his own $50 million corporate jet to do it. They even put a little rug down for him on the tarmac. The question remains: did he choose pretzels or chips on the flight?
