That blue ball that looks so beautiful up close is hardly more than a point in the universe. The fact that life ever got started on the surface of that speck of dust is unbelievable.
We know nothing. Appearances could be a fantastic dream in a multidimensional who-knows-what.
For all practical purposes time and space do not really exist for us, so great is their scale compared to a human body or a human lifetime.
When that pretty planet is charred to a cinder or frozen solid or gobbled up by the sun who will be around to say it ever even existed?
Right now I have to vacuum the carpet.

use a brush, it's more environmentally friendly...............
