Every US employer, however remotely competing with foreign producers, must do so with the added burden of employee health insurance. Let's pay for it with tax funds and even the playing field. This would be a tremendous incentive to start a business or hire additional employees.

Single Payer is what makes the most sense, is what is supported by most Americans and is the basis of all the countries that have better health results than the United States.
