Some good news from Mexico, which keeps throwing improbable wrenches into Monsanto's reckless science experiment on the rest of us: A federal court has upheld a ruling suspending licenses for GMO corn field trials by Monsanto and other Big-Ag colleagues, citing the risks to 7,000 years of indigenous maize cultivation. The decision follows other legal victories - including one by beekeepers banning GMO soybeans that threaten honey production - in what many view as GMO Ground Zero.
