You Say You Want a Revolution?Detroit, the once-proud capital of industrialization is now the paragon of de-industrialization and urban decay. General Motors' July 15 announcement that it will cut white-collar employment costs by 20 percent is just one more nail in the industrial coffin. Actually, this job-cutting phenomenon isn't new.
