Pentagon Pundit Scandal Broke the Law The Pentagon military analyst program unveiled in last week's exposÃƒ© by David Barstow in the New York Times was not just unethical but illegal. The Pentagon military analyst program unveiled in last week's exposÃƒ© by David Barstow in the New York Times was not just unethical but illegal.
