Mystery Candidates: Trick or Treats?  NOW PACs Unmask Stealth Conservatives on Halloween

WASHINGTON - October 30 - "From coast-to-coast, right-wing candidates are donning moderate disguises in an attempt to dupe voters.  We are going to unmask the stealth candidates on Halloween," NOW PAC Chair Patricia Ireland announced.   "When you look at their records and supporters, there is no doubt that many conservative candidates like Peter Fitzgerald are trying to hide their real agendas.   Voters must beware," Ireland warned.

NOW PACs volunteers in Illinois are organizing Halloween events to educate voters about the candidates and their positions on issues of particular importance to women.   Activists will dress in costume to attract attention to their message," Ireland said.
