On Wednesday, May 29, President Obama will be in Chicago for a major fundraiser. Activists will be there to greet him in his home town and tell him to keep his clean energy promises and reject the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline.

What: Chicago tells Obama: No Keystone XL, Forward on Climate!

Who: A crowd of over 100 activists are expected to attend, representing Sierra Club, Sierra Club Illinois Chapter, Sierra Student Coalition, 350.org, Friends of the Earth, CREDO, Center for Biological Diversity, Chicago Youth Climate Coalition, and other local organizations.

When: Wednesday, May 29, 4:30-7:00 PM

Where: The group will convene on South Michigan Ave between E Balbo Ave and E 8 St, Chicago, IL (across the street from the Chicago Hilton)
