Lawyers' Committee Applauds U.S. Senate's Passage of Critical Landmark Hate Crimes Bill
WASHINGTON - October 23 - Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Executive
Director Barbara Arnwine released the statement below regarding the
U.S. Senate's passage yesterday of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd
Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act:
"The Lawyers' Committee
has worked extensively since its founding to safeguard the rights of
those victimized due to race, religion, sexual orientation, actual or
perceived gender identity, or disability status," said Ms. Arnwine.
"We commend policymakers for advancing legislation which recognizes the
human and civil rights of all Americans. We have worked as a community
for over a decade to pass this historic piece of legislation. This is
a beacon of light to all those who have been the target of hate crimes
throughout the years."
The Senate's overwhelming approval vote (68-29) of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, which expands the definition of federal hate crimes and removes unnecessary obstacles to federal prosecution, signals the Act being signed into law by President Obama in the near future.
"This significant legislation is a major step in the right direction in preventing brutality and death as endured by Matthew Shepard, James Byrd Jr. and many others across this nation and provides the capacity for the federal government to properly prosecute hate crimes," Ms. Arnwine added. "Everyone has the right of protection and to be safe and free from physical harm or intimidation. I am overjoyed with the passage of this bill and look forward to working with U.S. Attorney General Holder Jr. and the Department of Justice to ensure proper enforcement of this important civil rights law."

Now lets have some legislation that prevents Home Land Security community watch vigilante gang stalking and warrant less surviellance.
I consider it a hate crime if Firefighters and EMS first responders coordinate community watch vigilante gang stalking on innocent Americans , with the intent to disrupt and disturb , using psychological torture.
Because heaven knows , Firefighters and EMS workers are perfect angels and above reproach and the law. How about picking up a book , you know try the constitution.
Amendment 4, should be of interest to you, it starts off by saying " The right of the people to be secure in their persons"
What do you suppose our founding fathers meant by that, do you think gang stalking and following people is infringing on their "right to be secure in their person"
I am sure you think this is funny, but the patriot act has mobilized 1 million American spys from all walks of life, and 99 percent of them dont have any terrorists to follow,, so the make up suspects. You know practice. But the leaders dont tell their surviellance crews that its practice, trust me , these 007 wanna bees are crazy and think you are a criminal. You can not train people to be effective it they are not afraid.
This is serious, they can not be trusted, they are playing God and 007 at the same time.
Shameful, unconstitutional behavior. And Treasonous.
Wake up America , the very people you trust with your lives are helping Uncle SAM monitor and spy on you.
I fell into their death trap, they are trying to dive me crazy, so they can put me in the cookoo house and on delusional drugs.I know too much about them , and they want to shut me up, using slander and trying to drive me crazy So none of what I say is believable.
Three years of in your face 24/7 constant surviellance, and I wont have my day in court for redress of grievances.Or face my accusers to clear my name.
Join Oath Keepers, or send them money. They have right idea.Trust me.
