Gene Sperling, Jeff Faux to Argue Democratic Economic Agenda; Will Discuss Contrasting Economic Strategies For America's Future
 

WASHINGTON - February 23 - After two consecutive elections in which Democratic candidates failed to turn clear economic advantages into electoral victory, a debate is raging over what the Democrats should do now. Economic Policy Institute founder Jeff Faux will join former White House economic adviser Gene Sperling to discuss their differing economic strategies for Democrats and progressives on Thursday afternoon.

Faux is the author of "The Global Class War: How America's Bipartisan Elite Lost Our Future and What It Will Take To Win In It Back." Sperling recently released his book, "The Pro-Growth Progressive: An Economic Strategy For Shared Prosperity."
