Election Day Volunteers and Experts in National War Room Available for Interview, Analysis

WASHINGTON -- November 2 -- Election Day volunteers and experts in national War Room available for interview/analysis.


The National Coalition on Black Civic Participation's (NCBCP) nonpartisan Unity '04 Voter Empowerment Campaign has volunteers on the ground in 14 states mobilizing Black voters. There is NATIONAL WAR ROOM connecting with workers on the ground and tracking incidents and exit poll information. Dr. Ron Walters of the University of Maryland is conducting the EXIT POLL. Coordinators are also tracking problems at the polls. There were 23,000 calls to the Unity '04 Election Protection Hotline (866 OUR VOTE) on Monday.
