Friends of the Earth International (FOEI), Transnational Institute (TNI), Oilwatch and Friends of the Earth Colombia (CENSAT Agua Viva) are inviting you to attend a three- day conference on Environmental Rights and Human Rights in Cartagena, Colombia,
