Their latest book is The Death and Life of American Journalism: The Media Revolution that Will Begin the World Again.
John Nichols is Washington correspondent for The Nation and associate editor of The
Capital Times in Madison, Wisconsin. Nichols is co-author with McChesney of Tragedy & Farce: How the American Media Sell Wars, Spin Elections, and Destroy Democracy - from The New Press. Nichols' latest book is The Genius of Impeachment: The Founders' Cure for Royalism.
Robert McChesney is research professor in the Institute
of Communications Research and the Graduate School of Library and
Information Science at the University of Illinois. He is the author many books including Rich Media, Poor Democracy, The Political Economy of the Media, and Problem with the Media: US Communication Politics in the 21st Century.
