"You're Gonna Feel It:" U.S. Military Unveils New Crowd Control "Heat Ray"
Marine Col: "I think our forces will figure out the many different applications that it would have.”
The U.S. military has unveiled its newest approach to crowd control, the Active Denial System, a heat ray that sends out a high-frequency electromagnetic ray. People hit with the ray feel an intense, unbearable heat. The military touts the ray's "far-ranging" capabilities and is looking at "many different applications" for its possible use.

"You're not gonna see it, you're not gonna hear it, you're not gonna smell it: you're gonna feel it."

In a video to demonstrate the new weapon, USFORCESTV explains that the heat ray "boasts a reach far beyond any other non-lethal system" -- a reach of "about 7 footballs fields."
The video shows various volunteers quickly running away from the heat ray, a situation unlikely to be available when the ray is aimed at a large crowd or if protesters are penned in in some way, as was witnessed by the pepper-spraying of Occupy protesters by police officers at very close range.

Various development versions of the heat ray have been tested for years. One was sent to Afghanistan – but never used – in 2010. Police departments have shown interest.

David Pugliese adds this comment from Marine Col. Tracy Taffola foreshadowing far-ranging use of the weapon:
“It could be used across the military spectrum of operations, perimeter security, crowd control, entry control points. You name it. I think our forces will figure out the many different applications that it would have,” Tafolla said.

Show AllIt sounds like the ray will cause crowds of people to panic. Then some people will be trampled and will die.
A very few people have died of spontaneous combustion. Does this heat ray ever cause spontaneous combustion?
In Las Vegas, a hotel had windows that bowed slightly concave, and heat was concentrated on people sitting by the pool. Some people sitting by the pool had their hair spontaneously catch on fire. Does this new heat ray catch people's hair on fire?
Recently, the families of two Virginia Tech students sued the college for $4 million apiece in damages, but the state will only pay the first $100,000 in damages. If states were required to pay the full amount, would police forces avoid these heat rays like the plague? Would any private company dare to sell the infernal (!) devices?

No, I meant the periods where citizenship meant something in America. When the highest law in the land (No cruel and unusual punishment) was respected. It's still that way in some nations in the world with low incarceration numbers. For example, on some Pacific islands the landless, poor homeless "squatters" have legal rights that are respected. They cannot be run off from their homes even if built on someone else's property. Police brutality is rare here. I'm friends with the chief of police here, and he's shocked when I tell him the shidt going on in the US.
We have people all over the globe dying from disease, famine and lack of clean water and the 1%'ers are wasting resources to develop new and even more efficient ways to maim and murder. This is just more evidence that the elites, ya' know the Xians created in image and likeness of Gawd, have indeed been colluding to reduce population in their efforts to gain more power and control. In the end, if these kinds of weapons and other are widely used and the infrastructure and environment are allowed to continue to degrade, they will have gained absolutely nothing, and have the privilege of watching their children suffer on a dying planet.
