Pakistan Drone Attacks Kill Scores
At least three suspected US drone attacks in the Pakistani tribal region of South Waziristan kill more than 25 people.
Three strikes by US drones have killed at least 28 people in the tribal region in South Waziristan.
Multiple drone missile raids have hit Pakistan's tribal region in recent weeks [EPA] Reporting for Al Jazeera from Islamabad, Kamal Hyder said that the first attack took place near Angor Adda along the Pakistan Afghan border.
"We have reports that at least seven people, who were killed in that strike, were moved to another location in the Azam Warsak region, where a funeral was arranged and that funeral also came under attack," said Hyder.
"This was the second strike."
He said the US forces were apparently in "hot pursuit" of targets, and that there were also reports of a third strike that killed multiple people.
Anti-drone rallies were recently held in North Waziristan, where drone attacks hit Newey Adda village in the Datta Khel area on September 12, killing at least four.

These folks look like simple people. Easy prey for assholes with nothing better to do then play with their WMD's. I feel sorry for them.
How exactly is a drone in "Hot pursuit"? Did the operator monitor the individual in question attack US forces in Afghanistan then follow them as they fled to Pakistan? Those Taliban can run pretty fast. No wonder the Marines can not keep up with them.
The US has targetted FUNERALS Multiple times. How is this justified?
Each and every day WAR CRIMES are being reported on. All the Media does is SPIN on the behalf of the Military. These are war crimes. There no if's ands or buts.
Those Piloting the drones are war criminals. They can not hide behind "self defense" or "The Confusion on the battlefield". They are executing people by the hundreds based on nothing but what they choose to see on a television screen 10000 miles away.
The lands they kill people in do NOT belong to the USA. If those people want to walk around while wearing Turbans, or carrying ak47s, or riding Donkeys or go to a funeral or a wedding it their right to do so and any attack on the same by the USA is MURDER cold blooded and calculated.

Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen. We must stop! These war crimes and murders of civilians should make everyone sick, get everyone protesting. It is being done in our name, not even following our own Constitution about declarations of war.
Screw you John Stewart. Do you remember what passivity by the average good citizen has allowed in the past? Snide grins and faux cool do not cut it when we allow our military to invade everywhere and kill people, sometimes it seems just for the hell of it and to sell expensive high tech weaponry.
I am what YOU would call an extreme leftist. I am what I would call a nice person, a good neighbor, a peaceloving citizen of the world with a shred of courage, an ounce of integrity and humanity. Our ostriching allows these military monsters to grow. Not only is unprovoked murder of civilians a crime fit only for criminals and true terrorists, if we allow the machinery of thievery and killing to rule and prosper, it will eventually be turned full force against the civilians of the US if ever we stand up for ourselves.
I am very tired of saying this, and protesting, but will not stop. Ain't gonna let no infotainer turn me round.

One more incident to file under "winning hearts and minds" I suppose.
The summer came and went. Not one anti-war-crimes protest. Where are the liberals? I guess now that we have a fashion model running the country, as opposed to a the village idiot, it would be a faux-pas to demonstrate against war crimes.
NOT ONE of the so-called liberals in the media have ever asked this man about his war crimes. Not once!

They are missing in action, hiding with their tails between their legs ! I got permits to hold an anti-war protest in my city of 100,000 + with 6 colleges, and universities within an hours drive, and couldn't get anyone to commit to coming ! So I cancelled. I did get three sentences in the local paper, the reporter wrote...The organizer was very disapointed that in a city of 100,000 people no one would come..and a bit more, but that was my town...chickens, or killers..maybe they just don't care how many people we are killing, and how many of our own young people are dying, to defend nothing.Something is terribly wrong with our country, perhaps we are all to into ourselves, or we are ashamed of what kind of people we have become. We are not even nice to each other anymore. This is like a slow cancer, eating us away....
What makes me laugh is they say Wikkileaks is dangerous, that the Manning kid is a traiter,it looks to me like they have this war pegged. If it quacks like a duck....
These are WAR CRIMES, why the hell can we keep getting away with this ? If any other country was doing the exact same things we are doing... WE would attack them.. to defend the poor helpless country.
I hope in ten to twenty years from now, when all the orphans grow up hating us, we understand why !
This was not a strike.... that is an euphemism for a murdering ambush of innocent people! These horrible death drones that murder innocent men,women,and children prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that America is a fascist regime. What we desperately need is regime change in this country and American foreign policy. Who are these so called enemies that we want to kill and are after in hot pursuit? If the American military had no enemies they would have to invent them; and that is exactly what they do! One has to wonder how long before they invent domestic enemies to use these murderous drones on.
This is pure Terrorism with a capital T. The us military is the largest, most active terrorist organization is the world, and it is all done with impunity. The weaponry is so hideously sophisticated and capable of such massive destruction, all other terrorism pales by comparison.
