Afghans Angry at Obama's Nobel Win
In making Obama the third sitting US President to win the award, the Norwegian Nobel Committee praised Obama's co-operative approach to global issues.
But many critics say that Obama's resume is too thin to stand scrutiny with other Nobel peace laureates.
And for many Afghans, Obama's strategy of even more troops does not fit into their vision of what will bring peace. From Kabul, Steve Chao reports.

Show AllPEACE and DESIST! Stop W-ars!!
No way, we're havin' too much fun. Peace if boring, war is profitable.
Ungrateful wretches.
And after the U.S. has been so generous with the air drop of all those 500-pound "democracy delivery systems".
Was this No Bull award an act of Faith, Hope or Charity?
Those who live by the sword should beware of bearded men wearing funny black hats and coats.
the nobel committee should revoke the award, recapture the prize, and confiscate the booty. how awful that such a spineless man, without the courage to face down his own generals, should get a peace award! with cheney making obama flinch since may of 2009, the generals stepped in and seized the opportunity and made obama their political prisoner. amid the manufactured and coordinated fury from fox, cheney, the other cheney, and mccain, obama was whipsawed into line and did the generals' bidding almost to a man. the region will soon see more contractors, intelligence agents, and other assorted campfire groupies seeking out the prizes of war. obama just did not have the self-confidence and sure-footedness to finesse this avalanche af greed and militarism. that's what we get for electing an inexperienced president, though i doubt general hillary of knesset fame would have done much better.
