Wind Wins, Windbag Loses: Scots Approve Wind Project, Give Trump the Finger
Ignoring hysterical threats from Donald "Windbag" Trump to "spend whatever monies are necessary" to stop a state-of-the art offshore windfarm from destroying the view for the "masterpiece" that is his stupid £750m golf resort, the Scottish government has approved the 11-turbine project near Aberdeen. The energy minister and wind advocates say the project will generate enough power for almost half Aberdeen's homes as well as test new offshore designs for the future. Trump has predicted that wind power would be "the death of Scotland and even England" and blasted the project as "ridiculous," a concept he should be familiar with. We (heart) Scotland.
