When Jonathan Frieman got stopped and ticketed - $478 worth - by a California cop for driving alone in a designated carpool lane, he happily argued that he wasn't alone: He had his imaginary friend, his corporation papers, with him. An activist, blogger and non-profit consultant who has opposed the growth of corporate power since long before the Citizens' United decision, Frieman hopes to fight all the way to the Supreme Court to “expose the impracticality of corporate personhood.”
