The Republican-controlled House of Representatives - including five Democrats - has voted to repeal the Affordable Care Act for the 33rd time. They have now spent almost 89 hours, funded by you and me, in what one Democrat called a "boil-the-bunny" effort to remove health coverage for 30 million Americans. Immediately after the vote, they turned to the day's other pressing issue: the "dedication and hard work" of their  Congressional golf team. No, really.
