In the wake of appalling reports that President Obama has created an official “kill list,” a new petition asks the White House to create a “Do Not Kill” list so that American citizens can sign up and "avoid being executed without indictment, judge, jury, trial or due process of law." When it reaches 25,000, the White House has to respond. And thus, presumably, possibly, acknowledge the existence of the list. More and more on what Glenn Greenwald calls "once unthinkable government claims," now normalized.
