Wingnut Idiocy on Parade

If you didn't want to watch all of last night's GOP debate - and who could blame you? - a few minutes of Michele Bachmann will capture the clueless wackadoodle incoherence of the event. Bachmann said we shouldn't have any taxes except of course we need some for the government, even though bad guys run it.
"Barack Obama seems to think that when we earn money, it belongs to him and we're lucky just to keep a little bit of it. I don't think that at all. I think that when people make money, it's their money."

What in god's name is she walking through in that picture??! Butchered beef? If it is, it doesn't look like any buttered beef I ever saw, and I was raised on a farm and we raised and butchered all of our meat, from chickens and rabbits up. Whatever it is, it's dead, and she certainly seems to be enjoying herself. Spawn of Satan.
Guess that money the government needs is for the killing of innocents in foreign countries. Wonder where she thinks it would come from?
The photo is just perfect, isn't it? Bachmann grinning wonderland-delightedly in an industrial slaughterhouse. Yes, I'm sure their standards are much lower than they were on your family farm!
Those are the carcasses of the the people that Amerika has murdered during its endless wars, atrocious criminal jurisprudence system and its profit motivated health care (sic) system.
Sounds presidential to me (*sigh*) . . .
Don't worry she's lying. You'll still be paying taxes to give no-bid contracts to defense contractors, bail out criminal bankers, build nuclear power plants and molest you at the airport and public events. Enjoy!

I can't wait. :~D
Well said--and that's the tip of the iceberg... oops they'll be gone soon with her 'drill baby' thinking. About the slaughterhouse photo... she needs to do a lot more than that to outdo Palin's turkey-in-the-grinder video.
Bachmann sez: "Barack Obama seems to think that when we earn money, it belongs to him and we're lucky just to keep a little bit of it."

Rest assured, if Obama tried to keep all the money he'd be paid a visit by 'Vito' Blankfein and 'Paulie' Immelt in the dead of night.
It doesn't seem to have occurred to Michele "Crazy Eyes" Bachmann that money itself is a public utility and that no person has an inherent "right" to money. Indeed, the Bill of Rights offers no such guarantee.
I also have a plan for the elimination of payroll taxes contingent upon restoration of the Bank of the United States, a regular retail bank created under George Washington's administration by Alexander Hamilton, and closed under Andrew Jackson's administration -- a deregulation of banking that allowed private retail bankers to print their own currency with predictable resulting financial chaos. Private banks would not be eligible for bailout under this plan, but banks unable to pass benchmark tests would be subsumed by the Bank of the US. Outstanding loans under Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac would come into the bank's portfolio and bonds would be offered in support of the bank to the public and as compensation to small investors of failed private banks. As the banks fail, the duties of the Federal Reserve would be restored to the Department of the Treasury through the branch offices of the Fed. Private retail banks would be unable to compete with the Bank of the US in terms of services, fees charged, and interest offered and so would immediately abdicate the industry, except as a supplement to other forms of banking not offered: merchant, international, etc. Establishing the DoT as a money-making operation of the government, the charging of payroll taxes to payroll checks held almost exclusively by the Bank of the US, would be redundant and therefore a millstone upon the overall economy, creating the need for the end of payroll taxes.
Other forms of non-payroll taxes, however, must be raised in order to steer investors towards productive investments by means of tax breaks for investment in low profit, but essential, areas of the economy.
Why do we even care? She's already the hands-down winner of the dumbest public personality of the year. It's embarassing to watch her. If she ever has an "aha" moment she may hang herself. I could see that happening.
Your argument is stronger than you think. In 1981 the Democrats did whatever newly elected Reagan wanted.
I really find these kinds of articles/videos very unhelpful. It is like making fun of the dumb kid in the school yard. And it helps take peoples' focus away from substance. I also have a sensing (and i can't tell you how much i hope i am wrong), that when the mocking pieces are posted, there is a message going out that we'd better get on the obama train for 2012, as was the message in 2008, because of sistah sarah. I am in no mood for a rerun.......
This woman is attempting to become the most important leader in America and the entire world.
We had 'W' that drove us into a ditch and we cannot survive another incoherent idiot!
Quite honestly, chuck, i will go on record, right here and now....Michelle Bachman will not be the republican nominee in 2012. And i also assume that the posters at this site were not planning to vote for a tea partier in the first place. In fact, i assume that we are all well aware of her idiocy, just as there is no need to point out that glenn beck isn't a great scholar.

By golly, you are on a roll!

Thank you so much for what you said. The truth is always helpful and you justsaid a mouthful.
"As democracy is perfected, the office represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. We move toward a lofty ideal. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron." - HL Mencken
I used to think law school must be difficult and presume that anyone who could pass three years of law school and the Bar exam must be intelligent and articulate. Michele Bachmann makes me think it can't be much of a challenge, after all. This woman is incapable of thinking logically-- or else she puts on a good show, like some of those Fox "News" bimbos who pretend to be stupid because they were only hired to look good with their bleached-blonde hair and short skirts.
Of course, her "Law School" was the Coburn School of Law, an affiliate of Oral Roberts University, whose stated goal is to "Restore Law To It's Historic Roots In The Bible".
i cant help myself-idiotic degenerate. words mean nothing to these charlatans.
Methinks there is far to much credulity put on Mrs. Bachmann and all of her ilk. I see this freak show as no more than as a satire without humor presented to us by those who will select the next sock-puppet president. Michelle is a gem of an actress, feigning wide-eyed earnestness in support of her childish conceptions and colossal ignorance. Sit back and enjoy the show. The worst that could happen is that she might become the President but Wall Street will still own the sock.
"...when people make money, it's their money."
Money isn't made in a vacuum. There is a huge societal infrastructure underpinning the system that makes it possible to even make money. Roads, police, air traffic control, regulatory oversight to make a safe market, and much much more, none of these things are free and must be paid for through taxation.
>>Roads, police, air traffic control, regulatory oversight to make a safe market, and much much more, none of these things are free and must be paid for through taxation.<<
Precisely, and all "socialist" endeavors. Some of these idiots have come out in favor of eliminating the EPA and the FDA because they are so much of a burden on businesses with all of their "unnecessary regulations." The sad thing is that today these organizations are already being gutted, and are now headed by ex-industry whores already weakening regulations. Who needs clean air and clean food? These just add unnecessary costs to doing business. It is a sad, sad state of affairs.
There's a house I drive by regularly that pretty much tells the way these people believe. They obviously don't think at all. Anyhow, this house is home to good christians because around a huge tree in their front yard are dozens of Jesus signs saying various things. The front yard is quite large, with the house sitting back from the street. The house itself could use a paint job and the yard is dry, with dead weeds and straggly tall dead grass that had grown in the spring. It's obvious the beauty of nature to them is just proof of their "god-given right " to destroy that beauty.
Left to these people, our state parks will be filled with oil wells, fracking equipment and mountaintop removal for coal. They'll leave the planet as ravaged and barren as they can possibly make it - because god gave them that right. So of course they'll do everything in their power to get rid of any regulations and organizations that keep them from using that god-given right.
Well, well. Nice words about taxes coming from a former IRS TAX COLLECTOR herself.
Nice visual irony with that smug look standing next to factory farmed GMO fed carcasses.
Can anyone be this stupid about taxes....or do they thing everyone else in this country is that stupid?
Auschwitz is the correct answer to photo number one. A dream of one world, one thought, one religion ....or else.
She still didn't even answer the damn question.
None of them ever do.
That's because they aren't programmed with the answers to the idiocy they're programmed to spew, and their brains are so washed clean they aren't able to think for themselves and come up with an answer on their own.
No matter how much we are offended by the crass ignorance of these candidates should one of them become president there will be very little that will change from what Obama is doing right now especially in foreign affairs. The greatest difference between the two corrupt parties is mostly one of style and not of substance.
Thalidomide you are absolutely correct. The 'style' obliterates the recognition of the absence of 'substance'. That is the intended result.
Progressives disdain for the white working poor has been their Achilles heel for years. Rather than a bit of Pat Buchanan style populism which would be highly effective, progressives tell them how stupid and irrational they are...great strategy for winning them over. lol
And the reactionary plutocracy coddles and nourishes the white working poor? Get a grip.
Bachmann will complete Boy George and Oilbomber's job: after her turn at the presidency, the country will be little more than a carcass in a slaughterhouse.
Bachmann's views on taxes explains why Republicans don't pay for the wars they start.
