Read The 4th Amendment, Perverts

To silently protest your next holiday groping by the TSA, check out 4th Amendment Wear's underclothes for men, women and kids printed with the text of the 4th Amendment - in metallic ink, yet. More here.
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Show AllNot that long ago, people were arrested and harassed for wearing anti-Bush T-shirts.
And from what I have seen, the TSA agents don't have a sense of humor...
Non Serviam - I will not serve.

Perhaps not, but The Onion always does:

This is also in violation of the 800 year old Magna Carta.
Priceless! I'm buying myself some metallic paint and will paint "the bird" on my t-shirt. And maybe "F* U" on my underwear.
The Constitution is a dead letter. Why pretend it has any bearing on things today?
Yep. The 4th Amendmend no longer exist in reality.
tatoo KISS THIS on your buttocks.
they can't feel all of the people all of the time.
How about we make THEM wear it. Then they can kiss the public's ass.
Face it folks, our "leaders" have been regularly ignoring the Constitution and the Bill of Rights for a long time now...
Anyone remember all of the "drug seizures" from Daddy Bush's era? Many of those people who lost their property were never even charged with a crime... but the government took their homes, cars, money etc. Read Amendment 5.
Then little Georgie made a mockery of both 4 and 5 with his arrests of "terrorist suspects", many of whom were held incognito for years without trial... and then the Telecoms were ordered to bug our communications systems sans warrants... and there is NO WAY they could separate the domestic communications from the foreign ones.
Even Congress didn't bitch about that one... but I'm betting their communications were among the first to be bugged!
Opposite of Cicero: "Slavery is exclusion from power."
This news item and the related scan image is about the perfect comment on where 21st century Amurka is at. Once the Supreme Kangaroo Court grants presidents judicially unreviewable power to assassinate Amurkan citizens overseas in coming months, that'll be the final bit of necrosis in the stiff we once knew as America.
Next time you fly ask the TSA agent "where is your warrant" and miss your flight.
Actually these searches are clearly unconstitutional because in almost every case they occur in public space. These searches are the same as setting up roadblocks in a city and scanning every passer-by to "search for bombs". (That we do in Baghdad and Kabul!). Now, if they moved these searches to just past the entry into the airplane the search would probably be constitutional.
