An estimated $10 million a day is smuggled
out of Afghanistan, most by drug cartels and corrupt officials, the
country's finance minister says. No word yet on how much of the
estimated $100 billion the U.S. plans to spend there this year will add
to the unholy coffers.

"Corruption is a stronger threat than terrorism
for Afghanistan," said Finance Minister Omar Zakhilwal, "It is a cancer, a
disease."
