Elsa Rassbach is US citizen, filmmaker and journalist, who often lives and works in Berlin, Germany. She founded American Voices Abroad Military Project, an initiative to support GIs who resist in Europe, and she is active in DFG-VK (the German affiliate of War Resisters International, WRI), Code Pink, and the International Committee of United for Peace and Justice (UFPJ). Her award-winning film, "The Killing Floor," set in the Chicago Stockyards, will be re-released this year.
