WASHINGTON - April 28 - The economy is doing fine, as indicated by today’s GDP annual growth rate of 4.8 percent, but not for the people in it. Another report released this morning shows worker compensation rose only 2.4 percent, the slowest growth rate in seven years and well below inflation.
