Chloe Cooney

Chloe Cooney is the Planned Parenthood Action Fund Director of Global Advocacy. In this capacity, she leads PPFA's work to advocate for reproductive health in United States foreign policy and development funding, linking the work in Washington DC to the advocacy PPFA supports in Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean.
