Once Upon a Time
Once upon a time in a land called California, there was born a beautiful baby named Casey.
Casey's mom and dad knew from the minute he was born that he was a very special baby. He had dark hazel eyes that seemed to penetrate into the hearts of people who met his intense gaze. He was a cheerful baby that grew into a cheerful, yet shy boy.
Casey loved baseball, video games and playing make believe games with his younger siblings. He was a loving and fun big brother to his sisters and brother. Casey grew close with each sibling in different ways. His bright and mature sister, Carly, was his confidant and closest mischief maker. With his brother, Andy, Casey would wrestle and play endless video games, huddled closely on the floor in front of the TV set. Casey would carry his youngest sister, Janey (the baby) to bed each night and tell her a bedtime story, kiss her goodnight and make sure there were no monsters in her closet.
Casey also loved his faith and was devoted to the Catholic Church. The young boy Casey became an Altar Server when he was eight and continued that ministry until he graduated from high school. Casey never missed mass, and many around him were sure he would someday be a priest.
Although quiet and thoughtful, Casey had a very good sense of humor---long funny stories were not his forte, but he was adept at one-line zingers that would often surprise and delight his mom.
One day in the land of California, an emissary from the Kingdom's Army knocked on Casey's door and beguiled him (through a spell of broken promises of riches, adventure and learning,) to join the Army of the Kingdom. One very terrible day, a few years later, the evil Ruler of the Kingdom, George III, sent Casey off to a wicked war and Casey was killed trying to save the lives of fellow members of the Army of the Kingdom.
Casey did not live happily every after.
Casey's mom and dad and brother and sisters and many other relatives and friends miss him so much and long for his "happily ever afters."
Once upon the same time in the land of California, there was a Ruler in the Caste of the Democrats named Nancy Pelosi. She told Casey's mom to her face that she was very sorry for Casey dying and that she was doing everything she could to stop other Casey's from meeting the same fate. Years later, Casey's mom found out that this Pelosi wench knew all along what the evil Ruler George III was up to when he threw innocent people into torture chambers. The Pelosi wench knew that torture would lead to the deaths of many Caseys, but she did not use her power to stop this. Casey's mom finally understood why the Pelosi wench did not use her legal force to stop the evil Ruler George III or his war: she was and is complicit in the crimes of the Kingdom.
This sad tale is told because the Rulers of the Kingdom, in both Castes, misused Casey and thousands of others as pawns in their foul game of global domination.
If the "peasants" in the Kingdom of George and Nancy do not wake up and rise up to stop the oppression and murder by the evil rulers, no one (except the evil Rulers and their consorts) will live happily ever after.

Show AllGo, Cindy, go!! It's time to take down Lucretia Pelosi.
Cindy, again I thank you for what you have done after such a loss. I am being presumptuous, I felt you needed to leave site after Kems beautiful rendering. When we, Vets For Peace were making the grave markers for the Vets Day Weekend in Philly at Independence Mall at the Hall, I painted the markers the guys had already cut, I lifted and hauled, then they said they need some help, I was the only woman Vet For Peace there, first helping with this somber necessary show of respect and gratitude for all we've lost, a place that weekend where many Gold Star Families for Peace were able to grieve without shame but forever grieving what they again shall never hold, the time came I was asked to nail the laminated smiling, young, men and women fresh out of boot and DOB, Date KIA and where, I could not, Cindy, I acted like a sot, the only female, I just sobbed relentlessly all weekend for what DISAPPEARED your son, Casey, Cindy I am not allowing myself to stop. In my other group, I have my own chapter, me, me, then there is me, OH Yeah me. I have been at it myself, trial by fire and such. At 52, not dead yet, I refuse. I hope to never learn what you may have already forgotten about a grief so deep it is palpable, I need you, WE need you to rid us of that Mdm. "Impeachment is OFF the table!" Speaker, lying, traitorous filth, as are the rest. You really keep me at it Cindy, I truly hope you realize by the horrific, unimaginable loss you've suffered, thousands, tens of thousands will never stop, never because we watch you and the forward motion you greet each day with, I am blessed by reading your words and crying for you and with you as a mom.
Just think, though, Cindy, John'walkinyourname.org' will soon be eyeballing Pelosi, dirt, damn dirt tired, with another log on that Pelosi fire. Chat him up a bit Cindy, sounds tremendously interesting like a wonderful Patriot I had pleasure of chatting with the other day, from this site, too.
Beside monetary donations, Cindy, thats there no prob, any grunt work you need anysomeonebody to help out, 'cos I told you there is me, as well as me, yeah and me. I do not sleep. I Love you, Cindy!
Pelosi is AIPAC's whore. This is why we are in Iraq and those bastards have the chutzpah to try to get us into war with Iran. Thank God for the rebellion of 16 intelligence agencies and the NIE report.
Don't ever think a little thing like 16 intelligence
agencies and a NIE report will stop Bush/Cheney. They,
and only they, know what is best for Exxon/Mobil and
Halliburton.
Cindy, I can't vote for you but I certainly wish you
luck. Pelosi has had her mask removed in the past few
days. Now we know why "impeachment is off the table",
she's one of them.
Decreptittex that's true. Its only put a wrench in their plan but it is buying us a little time.
Cindy I love you keep up the good fight and God bless you and your family!
Cindy... do me a favor and write an article about why people should vote for Dennis Kucinich. Why DK is doing the right thing to impeach Darth Vader. Why DK is right when he talks about universal health care. Why he is right to say that 'not all options are on the table' and why we must leave Iraq immediately.
C I N D Y -- My thanks for becoming our icon of liberty and demonstrating the unexpected benefits flowing out of an individual's freedom to speak out.
You've made a massive difference,
during a contrived cultural malaise of denial,
for the "governed" to take back the responsibility from those
that for awhile thought that they could
pass themselves off as our "governors".
May your strength be unfailing, your courage limitless, your clarity w/o peer, and your spirits soar on the wings of an American moral re-awakening to:
transform our frivolous self-absorption into the beginnings of a true global community of humankind.

Wouldn't you know it, an ordinary mom becomes an extraordinary leader. Why would we ever again turn to those heartless pimps and whores who have been masquerading as our representatives? How did we let this happen? And let's not fool ourselves, it's been a long time coming.
Cindy Sheehan style politics will be the politics of the Newest American Century. Ha! Now we need to go about and make that happen. Which means connecting on a person to person basis. Flood the talk radio shows, even if we've never done that before. Get out and off the computer, be straight talking, not inflammatory. Say it like it is, be passionate, connect rather than inflame. Sunsara Taylor is a good role model for that. She remains so cool in the face of pods such as O'Reilly. It's not enough to blog and chat with each here. We gotta get out and about and do some work. Let's join some larger anti-war, anti-imperial group or form our own. Band together and grow. And grow fast. We're running out of time. Really, the gates are closing. (Get yourself or another worthy citizen on the ballot!)
This is an historic moment for us. Let's not give it up. We can turn things topsy turvy in no time. It's bottom up, grass roots from here on out. Isn't that what Democracy is supposed to be?
Incredibly damning & cut from the same cloth:

KEM: Thank you for sharing your story. As one who's studied mysticism for several decades and culled the writings of several Masters, ALL agree that the soul does not perish, and its essence remains intact after the release of the mortal body. Most focus on transitory treasures, "Whoever gets the most toys, wins" style; but the treasures we take with us are based on the actions we take to make this world a better place for others. THAT legacy is inviolate. In the loss of her son, Cindy gained a calling that may ultimately help to libereate many more from the tragic and effete fate of war.
So there is so much heart running through this thread, inspired by a remarkable woman. May Cindy be the spark that ignites a revolution of compassion, honesty, and clarity.
If, at the next election, Cindy Sheehan does not beat the stuffing out of that slithering fashion queen Pelosi, way in over her head as Speaker and complicit in war crimes, then there is no hope for America.
Cindy; So many of us here and around the world are with you in spirit and feel close to you. If only more mothers and fathers would follow you in peaceful resistance, perhaps things would change for the better. What is important for the country (and world) is for you to beat the disgraced traitor, Nancy Pelosi, who abandoned her progressive constituancy in San Francisco, and let down the silent majority of Americans when she became Bush's bosom buddy. You are a fine woman, Cindy. Bless your soul!
KEM PATRICK; I'm very touched by your story and the tragedy you and your wife had to face. It must have been difficult to write, KEM, but hopefully others may find strength and comfort in dealing with the loss of their loved ones after reading it.
Siouxrose; Well stated, my dear. The rich man (or woman) of the future will not be the one with the most "money" or :toys", but the one with the highest moral philosophy and principals for the betterment of society, starting with the individual. He or she will be admired and respected and asked for advice, not the Bill Gates or Warren Buffetts of the world.
Hank Fur; Right on.
As long as people need jobs, health care, financial security, and a feeling of power, the'll join the military, especially with lucrative signing bonuses and reenlistment bonuses to keep them in. The MIC (military industrial complex) will keep making a fortune, and have a pool of cannon fodder to perform their wicked deeds. So more parents don't have to go through what Cindy has been speaking on and crusading for these past few years, please try to keep them out of the "armed forces". It's not about defense anymore. No more violence orchestrated by government gangsters.
Peace and Harmony for all on this Earth and in the Cosmos.
PEACEMAN, very difficult, but as someone here noted, perhaps it will help any who have had to bury their child, and then watch the silent hole being filled with soil. It is not over then, ___ it is another beginning.
"In my fathers house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would not have told you."
I don't approve of religions or money making churches, cults. Each of us are our own temples, or churches. Those who do not believe there is a supreme being of our universe, and that he sent his only son to teach us, that a man named Jesus was just a good man, think of this. That man fulfilled every pre-written scripture, from the day he was born until the day he left this planet. That would be impossible for any to fake.
He, Jesus was not born of the seed of any of humanity who were of this planet, he was born without sin and could not tell a lie. His fathers house is the universe and those mansions are water planets, unspoiled water planets, where the root of all evil, the "love of money' by man, has not ruined their atmospheres and water.
That good man gave us all of the answers we need to know, of where our spirits may live when we finaly depart this polluted and ruined planet, which is managed by one who wanted to be God and was cast out, to rule this world and galaxy.
What my wife Evie and I witnessed, and were blessed to have given to us, was a real as the sun rising today.
In the meantime, until our turn comes up, lets give Cindy all of the support possible. There is a war of good against evil being waged on this planet and we are allowed to fight it here, ___ and often we win a battle. When we lose one, we must never surrender, as bad as it sometimes seems to be.
Cindy:
You are an inspiration that drives all of us. Your many sacrifices make us stronger and your courage and growth allow us to see what we can achieve. While the people who post this site have many individual differences of opinion regarding how to reach our shared vision, you are a light that shines a path of brotherhood and humanity.
I gave my mother Cindy's book, "Peace Mom" last year for Christmas. She read it immediately and fell in love with Cindy too. She lost her youngest child, my brother Christopher, at age 19 to a bicycle accident. As painful as it was, she can't imagine losing him as Casey died, for a crock of lies. She met Cindy last month in Detroit and said she could feel her gentle strength just by touching her hand.
Cindy has truly provided hope and inspiration to a dispirited nation. Keep it up--we are with you.
Siouxrose: so beautifully put.
KEM: I had no idea my friend. You're a good man. Bless you buddy.
Cindy: Don't rest. Don't stop. Go all the way up to the mountain my good candidate. Please restore my faith in my country.
KEM PATRICK; Thanks KEM. May the Almighty Bless you and Evie with good health, happy hearts, and Wisdom and Understanding.
P.S. Does Evie know you flirt with some of our female friends on CD? On the lighter side, a quick story I think you'll appreciate. It's a true story about my favorite comedian, Jackie Gleason.
Long ago, Gleason was staying at one of the top hotels in New York City, and one Christmas Season he thanked the young uniformed doorman for opening the door. He asked the kid what the biggest tip he ever received was, and the young man said "a hundred dollars". Jackie reached into his pocket and gave the young man a hundred and fifty dollars, and said, "Merry Christmas", and proceded into the hotel. The next time he saw that doorman, he asked him, "out of curiosity, may I ask who gave you the hundred dollar tip?". "You gave me the tip last year, Mr. Gleason" The fat man smiled and went about his business.
Peace, Harmony, and Goodwill to all in the world. It starts with us. Each individual.
Actually, it wasn't me that's so good Pac, it was my Evie who was praying so hard every day,__ for many months. It was awful for both of us, and it still hurts real bad if we allow it, and of course we do want him back.
We have him often when we are kind and love others. Kem was one of the special ones,___ but he didn't ever know it. Even our older daughter and the other older kids in the neighborhood looked up to Kem. He taught our youngest to read and write when she was only four yers old, Joan has seen him twice also since he died. She won't talk about it though. We did recieve peace and our sanity, It is available for any who have suffered such and cannot bear it.
I do believe I should not discuss this any more here. I wonder if I should have. If any were offended in any way at all by it, I do apologize, I only wished to help Cindy, for her grief comes through so strongly at times. So does her strength and goodness, support her endeavors.
I'm a bit torn here. On one hand, paraphrasing Audre Lorde, you can't take down the master's house using the master's tools. On the other, I recently felt inspired by The Amazing Mrs. Pritchard on PBS. (I just moved to Indiana, having spent the last 40 years in the SF Bay Area.) And maybe most of all, I worry about Cindy Sheehan, as I very firmly believe that anyone who can make a difference puts her life on the line due to the corporate mafia.
Hey Kem Patrick, you are one cool dude. Thanks.
Kem,
I do not think you need to apologize. You are showing the characteristics of a genuine human being: compassion, love, broader concern for others, and humility, among many others. The stuffed suits in DC who claim to be our representatives, and yet represent themselves and cater to corporations to get rich and reelected, represent evil and emptiness. The characteristics that embody them are greed, callousness, egocentrism, and incompetence, among a long list of others. Kem, you share the same compassion as Cindy, someone who is a beacon of light in this world of darkness shadowed by the ghoulish figure of George W. Bush and his minions. It is through genuine human beings such as you and Cindy who will guide us out of this darkness and refill the world with soothing and enriching elements it once contained. May God bless you, Evie, and Cindy.
KEM -- My blessings as well to you and your family, and recognition of your integrity and vulnerability that cast a principled foundation of strengths, so that others are capable of building upon. And the world is thereby reshaped upon the strong, while being lifted above by the light.
CLAUDIUS -- When you delineate the "DC" depravity, it occurs that perhaps it could be that the Bush family "tree" actually hatches out of the sand near a bush, and they are but cold reptiles at their core, hopelessly looking for warmth that they cannot create, while it vaguely reminds them of feeling something once. Oooohaa, does somebody need a clean diaper now?
KEM: Don't apologize, you are among friends here. This site is about free speech. I am in constant admiration of people like you and Cindy who exhibit such humanity, such compassion.
Unfortunately, Death is just a word on the front page to many citizens; they can't really fathom what premature death is like, so they let this war drag on.
